Welcome to asd223. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the asd223 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by asd223 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("you", "your", "the User") agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The asd223 Platform is intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and placing bets. We use IP verification and geolocation technology to enforce this requirement. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are in violation of this Agreement and local law.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent and warrant that you are not restricted from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You may only register and operate one Account with asd223. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint) will be closed, and all funds and bonuses will be forfeited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets placed from those accounts.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR). All information must match the details on your government-issued identification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
During registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify asd223 support immediately at [email protected].
asd223 is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud. You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making your first withdrawal. This process requires you to upload clear, legible copies of:
Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Accounts that remain unverified beyond 30 days may be suspended until KYC is completed.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. asd223 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.
asd223 accepts deposits via the following methods: direct bank transfer from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and instant e-wallet top-ups via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1–3 minutes. asd223 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.
You may withdraw funds from your Account Balance at any time, provided you have completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday from 09:00 to 23:00 WIB. Standard processing time is under 5 minutes during operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) their value before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in total bets before you can withdraw your balance. This requirement applies to all deposits, even those made without claiming a bonus.
All transactions on the asd223 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits. If your bank account or e-wallet is denominated in a different currency, your financial institution will convert the amount to IDR at their current exchange rate before processing the transaction.
asd223 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. Bonus eligibility, amounts, and terms vary by promotion. You must opt in to each promotion at the time of deposit or as specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x, 25x). A 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:
While you have an active bonus in your Account, you may not place single bets exceeding Rp 50.000. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance). If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your Account.
asd223 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, cancel bets, or close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements, using betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes), and exploiting technical errors or glitches.
All games on the asd223 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure random and fair outcomes. RTP percentages are published for each game and independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. asd223 does not manipulate game outcomes or adjust odds to the disadvantage of players.
You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Rules are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a dispute, asd223's game logs and server records are considered the authoritative source of truth.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network disconnection during gameplay, asd223 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and refund stakes to player Accounts. We are not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live betting (in-play) odds are subject to change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
For togel (lottery) markets such as Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau, all results are based on official draw outcomes published by the respective international lottery pool operators. asd223 does not conduct its own draws. Results are final and cannot be disputed once published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asd223 Platform:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds.
The asd223 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, asd223's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
asd223 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, telecommunications failures, or internet service outages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we determine that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. If your Account is terminated for breach of these terms, all funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts until the Balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asd223 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting asd223 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate the matter to our Complaints and Disputes team. All decisions made by asd223 management are final and binding.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within 90 days of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after 90 days will not be considered.
